To process any issue with your order, an unboxing video must be shared within 24 hours of delivery. Without this, we will not be able to accept or review your request.

Cancellations
1. No Cancellations after the Order is Shipped
Once an order has been placed, it can be cancelled only within 1 hour of placing the order, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped. Cancellation requests received after this time will not be accepted. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

2. Order Confirmation
Please review your order details carefully before placing your order. Once the order is confirmed, it is processed immediately. Cancellation is permitted only within 1 hour of order placement and cannot be guaranteed once processing begins or after shipment.
3. Customised or Personalised Items
If in the future we introduce personalised products, they will be non-cancellable and non-refundable once confirmed.
